Daddys Girl/Flower Princess
That's my girl!
At times we are asked to translate "Misaki" into English, but it is not a simple one like "Yuki" (=snow). But after much deliberation, the best we can do is "Flower Princess". This photo seems to do this name justice:
Misaki had her first trip on a plane last weekend, behaving very well on a flight to and from Melbourne, and then being quite a good girl while we wondered up and down the shops.
Today's weight: 5.8kg (clothed) - still growing along that 10th centile.

Heads Up!
Misaki has a new play mat for downstairs, not as lovely as the one David and Katie gave us (no hanging fluffy things) but good for practising crawling. Her legs are still pin-wheeling in the air and she is going nowhere, but she can get her head up!
Rosie has started trying out "baby massages" and Misaki seems to enjoy it based on this picture!
Misaki is looking more and more like you Chris- I haven't seen her for a while but in all these piccies there is a definate red tinge to the hair. 'Can't wait to see you, Yuki and Mis in October!
